CRM/NetSuite Professional

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing an off-the-shelf CRM application to automate and streamline business processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • To lead development on new customizations
  • To work closely with business analysts in identifying and implementing new business processes
  • To develop all functionality taking into consideration global and local complexities
  • To maintain and support existing customizations
  • To develop functionality to support business intelligence reporting
  • Create innovative ways to integrate the CRM with external systems
  • To travel to the regional offices to support and meet with the regional teams when necessary

Person Specification

The ideal candidate for the Mimecast team will demonstrate the following attributes:-

  • A solid understanding of the goals and objectives of the business and their own personal goals
  • Recognise that customer satisfaction is a principle measure of our business and our values
  • Instinctively find practical solutions to complex problems
  • Expect to effect change and take ownership of your job
  • Find new ways to win and share those victories with the team
  • Understanding that with great opportunity comes great responsibility
  • At least 2 years working in a technical role
  • Preferred experience with working with a CRM or SFA application
  • Strong programming experience, ideally in Java or Javascript
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and self prioritise
